Refunds & Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your recently purchased Pelican product for any reason, Pelican is happy to exchange or refund your purchase within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please click here for further info.

The Pelican Store ships Australia wide.

What is the order processing time?

All orders will be processed and shipped within two business days after payment has been received, subject to stock availability.

What is the shipping cost?

Flat rate shipping fees for 1-5 units and 5+ units apply for phone and tablet cases, torches and headlights to any location within Australia.

Freight for the Pelican Elite Coolers will be calculated based on Cooler size purchased and delivery postcode location.
