FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHAT ARE YOUR MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS?
Minimum order requirement is 50 units of either Bottles or Tumblers. This can include a mix of colours for the Tumbler which is available in black or silver.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Normal turnaround can take up to 4 weeks after your order has been confirmed and payment has been received.
Lead times will be determined based on current inventory as well as the quantity being ordered.
Pelican Customer Service Department will be able to quote you with a production timeline based on your specific needs.

WHAT IMPRINT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
Our standard imprint method is customized laser engraving on Pelican stainless steel drinkware or powder coat finishes. This allows for a more permanent imprint that can withstand dishwashers.
WHERE IS THE CUSTOM LOGO AREA LOCATED ON THE PELICAN DRINKWARE?

For the Pelican drinkware, the custom design is always placed above the PELICAN embossed logo. The custom design dimension space is as followed:

Tumbler:
22oz Size Standard location: 57.15mm W x 31.75mm H (2.25” W x 1.25”H)
32oz Size Standard location: 57.15mm W x 63.5mm H (2.25” W x 1.25”H)

Bottle:
18oz Size Standard location: 57.15mm W x 31.75mm H (2.25” W x 1.25”H)
32oz Size Standard location: 57.15mm W x 63.5mm H (2.25” W x 1.25”H)

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
Due to the permanent nature of our customisation process, we are unable to accept returns on custom orders.
WHAT IS THE WARRANTY ON CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS?

All of our custom Pelican drinkware comes with Pelican’s Lifetime Warranty. Please click here for our complete warranty details.
Please note, warranty replacements do not custom engraving.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP AND HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
We currently ship Australia wide, shipping costs will vary depending on location.
CAN YOU MARK BOTH SIDES OF THE PRODUCT?
For an additional upcharge fee, you can apply another engraving on both sides of the tumbler. Please call Pelican customer service department for details.
WHAT ARE THE ACCEPTABLE FILE FORMATS FOR SUBMITTING LOGO ARTWORK FOR A PROJECT?

The required formats are .EPS, .AI (Adobe Illustrator), scalable .PDF (Adobe Acrobat). With some exceptions, we can also accept .PSD (Adobe Photoshop), and High Resolution .TIFF files.

All fonts in your artwork should be included, or converted to outlines, when sending us the file. If fonts are not outlined, we can reset the type or substitute the missing fonts, but the substitute fonts may not be exact. Customer supplied art must be reviewed by us prior to confirming a quote for imprinted goods.
WILL I SEE A PROOF BEFORE PRINT PRODUCTION?

Yes, we will email you a digital proof confirming product selected, application and placement of your artwork, prior to production at no charge. There is also the option to make a one-off physical pre-production engraved sample for your approval, prior to your full production run. Additional charges and production and approval time will apply for custom pre-production samples.
